General Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

The provider of the Platform and Services is the legal entity specified in the Legal Notice below (hereinafter referred to as "Provider", "we", "us", or "our").

The "Customer" (or "you") refers to the individual or business entity who registers, accesses, or uses the Services, including any authorized team members or operators on the Customer's workspace.

Together, the Provider and Customer are referred to as the "Parties", and each individually as a "Party".

"Account" means the account created by the Customer to access the Services and administration dashboard.

"Workspace" means the organizational environment where the Customer manages packing stations, team members, integrations, and recordings.

"Video Proof / Recording" means video, audio, barcode scans, timestamps, and order metadata captured and stored through the Platform.

"Customer Data" means all information, order details, logs, and media submitted to or processed by the Services on behalf of the Customer.

By creating an account, installing our desktop recorder or browser extension, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not accept these terms in full, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Platform and uninstall any client software.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account and Workspace.

You agree to promptly notify us if you discover any unauthorized use or security compromise of your Account. Each Workspace subscription is governed by the seat and packing station limits of the selected plan.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
  • Capture, store, or transmit illegal, abusive, infringing, or malicious content;
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or compromise the integrity or security of the Platform;
  • Interfere with or disrupt server networks, cloud storage endpoints, or related infrastructure;
  • Resell, sublicense, or rent access to third parties without prior written consent.

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards—including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit—to protect your recordings and Customer Data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

We process Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Statement. Where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) supplements these Terms.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform (including software, UI components, APIs, branding, and documentation) remain the exclusive property of the Provider.

The Customer retains all ownership rights in Customer Data and Video Proof recordings. We are granted only the limited license necessary to host, process, and deliver the Services for your benefit.

This agreement takes effect upon your first use of the Services and remains in effect until terminated by either Party. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach any material provision of these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees after due notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". In no event shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
